The Fantastic Four are a team of 4 super heros that differ from other Marvel heros in that
- They behave like a dysfunctional family.. actually they ARE a dysfunctional family. Susan Storm and Johnny Storm are sister and brother while Reed Richards in the comics marries Susan, making them husband and wife. Ben is the only one not related to the rest of the gang. Doctor Doom doesn't count cos he is the villian, but in the movie, he is Reed's rival for Sue's love.
- While in the Marvel universe, anyone with super heros is feared and hated by the public.. see the mutants and Spidey, The Fantastic four members are celebrities. The public loves them.
